Engr. Dr. Ibrahim Abdulai Sawaneh is a senior lecturer at the Ernest Bai Koroma University of Science and Technology, Magburaka, Sierra Leone. He did his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Institute of Advanced Management and Technology (IAMTECH), now the University of Management and Technology.  He has a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the Atlantic International University in the U.S. Furthermore, Sawaneh is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering, majoring in Public Security and Emergency Management at the Wuhan University of Technology Wuhan P.R China. Sawaneh is a writer, humanitarian, philanthropist and has published several academic articles and authored a few textbooks in the following areas: Disaster Risk Reduction, Disaster Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Disaster Policy Implementation, Disaster and Emergency Management, and Public Security and Emergency Management.
