I first meet Mr. Sawaneh in China, where both of us represented Sierra Leone in the International Seminar on ICT Application for Africa Countries 2018. We collaborated with 11 other Africa Countries very well. Mr. Sawaneh was a key player in the just concluded International Seminar on ICT Application, were he demonstrated a very high sense of commitment towards the success of the seminar as well as fellow team members.
